I met Melissa back in 2003 when she was the buying agent of my house. I was so impressed by Melissa I used her to buy and sell my next home in 2003 and 2004. We remained friends over the years and I now work from home and currently live in Plano. Melissa found me a great new build that I just recently closed on. Melissa is the best and you won't go wrong using her to buy or sell your next home.

Here is your mission if you choose to accept it! Sell a house during COVID-19 and right in the middle of Christmas time, no problem! Melissa took care of every need and every question while I was moving and relocating to Missouri. I was able to focus on my new job and I was able to leave the details to her. That piece of mind you can not put a price tag on. Thanks again and again over and over!

We had a pleasant experience, she was patient and showed us all the properties we asked to look at and added a few based on on our preferences. She was quick to answer my questions and very helpful informing me at every step of the process.

We are an older couple on a fixed income and were going Va. This was not the first home we ever purchased but we were new to Texas. Mellissa directed us to communities that would be safe and convenient for our life style. She was always cheerful and kept us informed. She worked hard to find us that house that we would love and enjoy. She informed us and guided us with how the utilities work in Texas. She was always encouraging us when we were feeling down when one of the houses we bid on was taken over by a cash offer.

She was an outstanding agent I've used now twice--first time to sell my house at 354 Schwan Ln in Woodway TX, which she did with great speed, professional and courteous. And the second time: in finding myself and my wife a house--WOW was she there for us- found exactly what we want and need-- at the price we could & needed to fit the budget myself and my wife came with.
